Norfolk

Recently I travelled up to Norwich with my boyfriend to explore the city and visit the coast. I thought I'd share with you some of the pictures from the trip. I've also included all the vegan restaurants we visited at the end of the post.

During the trip we took the train up to Cromer a typical British seaside town, where we walked for ages, and then when the sun came out we sat on some rocks by the cliff before heading off to get some chips and curry sauce. Whilst in Norwich we also visited the Plantation Gardens shown in the first few photos. It was a quaint hidden garden near the cathedral. Norwich was full of cute little places like this; we took a wander down the lanes and found the House Cafe on St. Benedicts Street, which did the most amazing vegan fry up, they had an awesome interior too and super friendly staff. We also found a vegetarian restaurant which served vegan food called Namaste India, I had a crepe with some sort of chickpea, mushroom and potato filling and lentil soup. We also checked out the falafel burger at the Gourmet Burger Kitchen (I think Dan ate his before it was even on the table). On our final evening we walked up to the castle as it was close to where we were staying, and only £2 if you went an hour before closing, which we found was plenty of time. We checked out the art gallery and I was in awe of the castle keep. I had such an amazing few days and definitely want to visit again.
